Hello, my name is Rositsa Dancheva and I am a psychologist at the Youth Center - Smolyan. I love and value freedom in all its forms. The freedom to be myself, to learn and develop, to do things that motivate and inspire me. The freedom to communicate and exchange thoughts and ideas, to create an environment in which people can freely share what excites them. To feel that they are heard, understood, accepted and supported.

By education I am an economist, school psychologist and child psychotherapist. I have gone through numerous paid informal trainings and personal development trainings.

For 10 years now I have been working with young people who are looking for opportunities to spend their day in a quality way - young people who have the freedom to express themselves, to do things through which they develop and grow, while having fun. I teach them to overcome their fear of speaking in front of an audience, to express themselves freely and understandably, to deal with conflict situations, to communicate and work in a team with ease. I help them recognize their emotions and control them, to be clear about what they want and don't want to do, to skillfully use their imagination and think in terms of possibilities.
