Hello, my name is Suleiman Suleimanov and I work as an educational mediator at the Youth Center- Smolyan. I completed my higher education in the Republic of Turkey, where as a young man I lived in a multicultural environment. I believe that this life experience of mine helps me in understanding and communicating with others, be they young people or adults, as well as in my work as a mediator. I believe that living abroad helps to broaden the worldview and understanding of people with different cultures and views, which also helps in the work and activities of a mediator.

As a person who received his education on two continents, for me working with young people consists of building bridges between them and other people, be it people or institutions, to support them and assist them in the learning process, regardless of its form. For me, working with young people from all groups and ethnicities consists of supporting them in organizing extracurricular activities and events related to building personality and personal development, directing them to activities and events that will build them as useful people for themselves and society, helping them through informal education to get to know themselves and accompany them on the path to achieving their goals. Working for the integration of vulnerable groups and their inclusion in society. Cooperating and mediating between parents and school, administrations, etc.
